Cancellation, Reschedule & Deposit Policy All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are transferable to a rescheduled appointment with notice. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be applied to the new date. Cancellations with or without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows require the full cost of the missed appointment to be rendered. A new deposit is required to rebook.
